India has made remarkable strides in space, with missions like Chandrayaan-2 and Mangalyaan showcasing its growing capabilities. Electronics, particularly in satellite communications, artificial intelligence, and navigation systems, have been pivotal to these successes. In 2022, the iArtefacts Club of the ECE Department at HIT Haldia presented an inspiring wall magazine on "Electronics Superpower India", reflecting India\'s rapid ascent in the global electronics landscape. The magazine highlighted innovations such as the Shakti microprocessor by IIT-Madras, symbolizing India\'s growing self-reliance in chip design and semiconductor technology.

The presentation explored key facets of India\'s progress, including the Make in India initiative aimed at boosting semiconductor manufacturing. This initiative has attracted global players to set up fabrication units in India, marking a significant step toward reducing reliance on foreign technology. The introduction of 5G technology was also highlighted as a transformative force, enabling advancements in IoT, smart cities, and automation.

The wall magazine also urged the adoption of green electronics by emphasizing sustainable practices in the electronics sector.
